Good Soil offers the only monthly pet-friendly worship service in Northeast Ohio on the first Sunday of the month, October through June, at 3 p.m.
We take a summer sabbatical during July, August, and September.
Simple songs, scripture and prayers, Holy Communion and blessings for pets and their people in 30 minutes or so. PAWS (“Pets Are Welcome” service) meets in the downstairs fellowship hall, 20300 Hilliard Blvd., in Rocky River.
Most of the pets who come are dogs, though we see an occasional brave cat, birds – even a hedgehog and a turtle! All are welcome!
